Can Mesquida

This is a Baroque house that was reconstructed on a medieval base. In 1576 it belonged to the Sureda Sanglada family, and in the year 1818 the house was the property of Maria Josepa Mesquida. It has a voussoired semicircular arch doorway, broadened at the base by passing carriages, with a corner guard. The roof of the entrance is divided into two sections, with a diminished arch in the centre. The bottom of the staircase is at the back on the left-hand side.
