The El Águila Building was built in 1908 by architect Gaspar Bennazar. The structure consists of four floors. On the facade there are balconies with wavy iron railings that give a great dynamism, polychrome ceramics and a profuse floral and vegetal decoration according to the modernist technique of the new art. A decorative semicircular arch stands out. The Eagle building aims to achieve maximum use of space and good natural lighting inside. The solution adopted consists of using new constructive elements, in this case iron. Also exposed as decorative resources. The iron columns act as heavy furniture and allow the installation of large stained glass windows for greater illumination.
