Centenarian barrels in which thousands of liters of wine have been produced throughout generations, dominate this great room of high ceilings. Welcome to one of the oldest “cellers” in Majorca. Can Amer has taken the legacy of those traditional stores where just wine was sold and also where the traditional Majorcan cuisine would later on stem as the restaurant business concept we know now. Tradition and history can be appreciated everywhere you look around the four whitewashed walls. The decoration and atmosphere in the room evoke old times. It is like going into a bath of history. Were it not for the white immaculate tablecloths, the aligned glasses and the shiny clean cutlery perfectly set, we could think we are in a last century four dimension photo.
