Ensenyat opened over 50 years ago in Pollença, a small village in Mallorca. The business was run by Pere Ensenyat and the shop was dedicated to selecting top-quality gastronomical products and distributing Mallorcan products that had been made by the best artisans of the island. Years later, the establishment was taken over by Toni Ensenyat, who just like the generations that came before him, has continued to select the best and most exquisite gourmet products of the most select brands in international gastronomy, with the aim of offering his customers a wide variety of excellent quality products, but always keeping to the artisan tradition. We have recently widened our horizons as we now send our delicatessen products to all European countries. In Ensenyat we work hard every day to offer our customers a wide selection of food products, which are accompanied by quality service and personalised attention. “L’Atelier Delicatessen” responds to a gastronomical concept of an artisan’s workshop, where the premise is to present our customers with a wide range of select delicatessen products that are capable of satisfying the needs of the most demanding palates, whilst offering our personalised attention. On our shelves you can find Caviar of the best quality, Mallorcan products, such as homemade sobrasada (a type of spreadable sausage, similar to chorizo, produced typically in Mallorca), meats imported directly from the best Irish farms or Iberian jams from the best pastures, among other products.
