It is with a lot of passion that we, Nadine Elser and Susanne Wernli, turned «gustar» into something that not only reflects our identity but also the casual and informal atmosphere we do appreciate ourselves. In our kitchen it is all about sustainability. Whenever possible we work with local products from local suppliers or we buy our fresh ingredients directly from the market in Palma. Additionally, we only use organic meat from Spain. Needless to say that we go in for quality and put emphasis on freshly made cooking. This is how we make sure you will find a personal touch in all of our carefully selected dishes. Our selection of dishes available changes frequently. All of our daily specials are based on seasonal and local availability. In addition to the evening menu card we offer a wide selection of lunch menus which we keep changing on a daily basis. We look forward to welcoming you at «gustar»!
